KLEEN-AYD MACHINE TREATMENT FOR USE WITH METALLICS, COLORS, & UV

now EASIER & FASTER to change the powder than to change the ink!

change powder colors than to change the ink on your press!

Just think of having the versatility to run otherwise speck laden gold, silver, white based or other colors with the ease and beauty of standard clear powders! Here's how:
Completely
empty your tray/hopper of ANY powder.
Fill the
powder tray about 25% full of Kleen-Ayd.
Set your
vibrator and drop aperture for a modest curtain flow, and let your machine run
for 3-5 minutes while HOT, and with the belt speed set at 20%.
After
you've run it for 3-5 minutes, remove the tray/hopper, and empty it of
the Kleen-Ayd. Be sure to tap out the remaining powder onto a dust pan or paper.
Refill
the powder tray with your choice of color powder (gold, silver, whatever), and let it
CIRCULATE
in the machine for about 2 minutes before running your job. Then
set the powder flow until coverage is adequate, and see the difference as you run the job!
One
treatment of Kleen-Ayd should last 2-3 hours or so, depending on how
heavy your machine usage is. You then just repeat treating your machine with Kleen-Ayd until
your job is done. Remember that he Kleen-Ayd is REUSABLE until dirty!
